Website Interns

We have a need for part-time independent contractors with new development for our client base. Several of our clients with web servers, application servers, networked cameras, and dedicated monitoring hardware new development add features to their existing installaion.

Organizational skills required:

Juggle multiple projects simultaneously
Good Academic record
Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills
Ability to work independently on projects
Investigative mentality

Technical Skills required:

(if you do not have all of these skills, please apply anyways. We are looking for several interns to assist us)

MySQL
PHP
Unix/Linux shell scripting
HTML
Office Office

Technical skills desired:

web site maintenance - CSS, DHTML, XHTML
LAMP integration (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)
Linux distributions - RedHat, SUSE, Fedora
Relational Database structure and queries

This opportunity has a flexible schedule, approx 15-20 hours per week. This is a contract job. Hourly rate open. While working remotely with a high-speed Internet connection is an option, some of this work will require working at our office. Therefore, only local candidates to the Metro Denver area will be considered. We are located in Downtown Littleton, 2 blocks from the light rail station.
